The quickest (and cheapest) way to start a Smart Home

Want to get started with a smart home but don’t know where to start? Stacey Higginbotham to the rescue.

In this video, she explains the quickest and cheapest way to get started. All you need is an Amazon Echo Dot and a smart outlet plug, such as the TP-Link Smart Wi-Fi Plug Mini
HS105. By activating both of these devices you can operate a light (or other device plugged into the smart plug) by voice or your phone, all for about $75.

Stacey explains how to set this up in this brief three-minute video. Once you get started with the smart home with this simple integration, check out Stacey’s other videos as you expand to connecting more lights, fans, thermostats and even a connected oven.
